Haunani's Dressing

For those of you who have tasted Haunani's salad dressing and want the recipe, here it is. It is so delicious! Thanks Aunty Haunani for sharing.

Haunani's Dressing

1/2-1 c Mayonnaise

1/2 c Catsup

2-3 cloves Garlic minced well

2-3 Tbsp Japanese Mirin (Kikkoman) or to taste

Black Pepper

Garlic Salt

Celery Salt {all seasoning is to taste}

Celery seed

Black Sesame seed (opt)

Mix/stir 1 cup mayonnaise in a bowl until very smooth and no lumps are showing. Add garlic, catsup-mix well. Add Mirin-mix well- then add your seasoning. Taste and do your adjusting. Store in air tight container in refrigerator.

Use for toss salads and as a dip.......enjoy
